Job Opportunity

This is a mid-level position within our Tax team, based in Melbourne.

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to represent top companies in tax advisory work and dispute resolution.
  • You will provide technically sound and commercially informed advice on tax issues relevant to various sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with other practice groups across Allens to deliver seamless, cohesive, and commercially optimised advice and specialist transactional support.
  • Work with leading members of the tax bar to provide opinions and manage disputes for clients.

Your Expertise

  • Experience in Tax, preferably at a large law firm or with a recognised specialist tax practice.
  • Strong knowledge of advisory and transactional work and/or tax controversy.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters.
