">Join our team as a permanent full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 in Broken Hill. This position offers an annual Recruitment Incentive Package under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (conditions apply and pro-rata'd to contracted hours). The scheme recognises key health workers helping deliver rural and remote health services.
">Responsibilities

- Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.">
- Provide high-level nursing care, contact tracing and client follow-up, health promotion and prevention interventions to people at risk of or presenting with sexually transmissible infections (STIs) and blood-borne viruses (BBVs).">
- Develop and conduct educational sessions and clinical teaching.">
