- About the Job:
- We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the referral and intake process of job seekers into our chosen programs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will assess job seeker skills, abilities, and identify barriers and intervention strategies in consultation with job seekers.
- Develop and maintain work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, tailored interventions, and employment support activities to achieve sustainable employment opportunities.
- Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment.

- Manage the referral and intake process of job seekers into our chosen programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Assess job seeker skills, abilities, and identify barriers and intervention strategies.
