Job Title: Career Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Career Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding apprentices and trainees through their journey, providing quality management, training, and mentoring to ensure successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apprentice Management: Provide exceptional support to a diverse caseload of apprentices and trainees, fostering growth and development throughout their tenure.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Market Promotion: Effectively market and promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region, increasing awareness and adoption among local businesses.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Trend Identification: Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities, ensuring our services remain relevant and in-demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Working with Children Check: Possess a valid working with children check (or be willing to obtain prior to commencing).
  • Driver's Licence: Hold a current driver's licence.
  • National Police Check: Have a current National Police Check (within the last 12 months).
  • Australian Work Rights: Be eligible to work in Australia (full working rights).
