About Our Compliance Role

At our esteemed higher education institution, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team. This pivotal role will involve supporting the CEO and Principal in ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks, including ESOS, TEQSA, and PRISM.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring consistency of operations with our policies and practices
  • Maintaining technical processes across the academe
  • Contributing to the improvement and updating of our policies, handbooks, etc. to ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Facilitating smooth operation and compliance for students
  • Coordinating with admissions, accounts, and other areas to achieve optimal outcomes for students

In order to excel in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a Compliance Officer or similar
  • A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Detailed knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the private higher education sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A demonstrated understanding of compliance systems and controls
