Job Title: Platform Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a technology expert to support our team in creating seamless onboarding workflows for our partners in the Pacific region, specifically covering Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be based in Sydney, working with internal technology teams and customers to ensure that SaaS solutions provided can be leveraged to their full potential.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with technology and support teams both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience with our MDM and onboarding solutions.
  • Local Expertise: Manage all aspects of RKI functions for local deployment of keys from our Singapore infrastructure.
  • Customer Support: Deliver clear and effective support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Documentation: Document requirements for new projects and own deliverables from global teams.
Customer Project Leadership
  • Work with customers on their projects, assisting them in coordinating internal and external activities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure upcoming products work within our market and new devices can operate without additional changes.
  • Capture customer requirements for their products and services.
Product Training and Subject Matter Expertise
  • Provide training to customers on our solutions.
  • Deliver demonstrations to prospective customers as part of the sales process.
  • Guide customers through our SaaS services lifecycle.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in the technology space.
  • Experience in automating customer onboarding and connecting technology systems.
  • Knowledge of the Android operating system.
  • Prior experience working with large institutional customers and large projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter comfortable in working as sole charge within a small team.
