About the Role

A dynamic and self-motivated administrative professional is sought to provide coordination support to our glazing division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process material orders and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Manage work time allocation, scheduling, forward planning and communication with Site Supervisors and Project Managers
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries and schedule these enquiries to the Site Supervisors and general quotations requests
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative positions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • High level data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience within the construction industry, installation administration or scheduling would be highly regarded.
