
Administrative Service Coordinator

Hartley Glass is a highly regarded, family-owned business seeking an administrative coordinator to support their Commercial Glazing division.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support through effective communication with the glazing teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a construction customer service and/or administrative position. They will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with builders, allocate work times, and schedule tasks for Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
- Process material orders and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries and schedule them to the Site Supervisors and general quotations requests.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines, possess a high level of data entry accuracy, and be able to work effectively independently as well as in a team.
About You:- Outstanding organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Prior experience working within the construction industry.
- Excellent work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills.
- High level data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite.
