
Division Head Office Support Role

An experienced Executive Assistant is sought to support a Division Head in achieving their work priorities. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage all business aspects of the Division Head's office, providing high-level administrative and coordination support.
The key duties include:
- Coordinating meetings, briefings, and events
- Preparing responses to routine and complex matters
- Administering finance support and reconciling travel for Senior Executives
- Undertaking quality control of incoming and outgoing documentation
Frequent contact with internal and external clients, strong customer service focus, and flexibility to respond to issues and tasks are required. Experience in managing a Senior Executive office is highly desirable.
The successful applicant will possess:
- High-level administrative support skills and strong communication skills
- Well-developed organisational skills and ability to respond effectively to stakeholders
- A well-developed understanding of legislative frameworks
- Ability to gather information, problem solve, and use good judgement
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
This position requires Australian citizenship and a Baseline Vetting security clearance.
