Electro-Mechanical Software Devices Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Verification and Validation Lead to spearhead our new department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for cutting-edge electro/mechanical/software devices and systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in management and team leadership, with expertise in setting up a V&V department/team from scratch, including planning and managing the setup and installation of a new department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a dedicated V&V team
- Implement new processes for quality control and traceability
- Provide guidance, direction, and training to team members as needed
- Collaborate closely with other managers across R&D to ensure alignment and synergy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in verification and validation, with a strong background in management and team leadership
- Expertise in setting up a V&V department/team from scratch
- Hands-on approach to leading test teams, both internally and with external manufacturing partners
- Proficiency in calibrating new equipment and utilizing software tools for product testing and protocols
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, with a focus on electro/mechanical/software devices or systems
