About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EL1 Level Assistant Director, Change Management to join our team. As a Transformational Change Director, you will be responsible for leading specialist teams in designing and implementing change strategies aligned with our client's goals.
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus casual loading and 11.5% superannuation.
Job Description:
- Lead a team in designing and implementing change strategies aligned with our client's goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with key internal and external partners, including disability community members.
- Coordinate change management activities to ensure on-time, budget-conscious delivery and support our client's Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) program.
- Conduct change impact assessments and proactively address change resistance through targeted interventions.
- Ensure effective communications to empower leaders as champions of change across the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a change manager or business analyst.
- Certified in Change Management (such as CMI, Prosci, or Agile Change).
- Skilled in designing and implementing inclusive change strategies that align with organisational objectives.
- Strong communicator, able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across varied sectors.
- Experience in identifying change impacts and mitigating resistance effectively.
