About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our dynamic Accounts team at G.James, Australia's leading integrated glass and aluminium manufacturer and contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to investigate and resolve client discrepancies
  • Negotiate and process payments and payment arrangements
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve client disputes
  • Assess client accounts and recommend remedial action
  • Conduct credit checks and recommend actions based on outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a collections or debt recovery role
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suites, including Excel and Word
  • Experience working with Oracle
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, objection handling, and problem resolution
