Our Group Support Services (Head Office) team, based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our active Accounts team.

The Role:
- Managing inbound & outbound calls to investigate, identify and establish relationships with clients with outstanding debts
- Manage, negotiate, monitor, and process payments and payment arrangements
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve client discrepancies/disputes
- Assess client accounts and recommend remedial action as required
- Conduct credit checks and recommend actions based on outcomes
- Comply with client policies, company policies and procedures
- Weekly & monthly reporting
The Person:
- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in a collections/debt recovery role
- Competent in Microsoft Office suites - Excel and Word
- Experience working with Oracle
- Demonstrated organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, objection handling and problem resolution
- Working knowledge of the National Customer Credit Protection Act 2009, Privacy Act, ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines and basic knowledge of Consumer Credit Code
