Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our team as a Decision Support Specialist.

As a key member of our Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) Finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and analytical support to senior stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality financial insights, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and tools to support decision-making
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to senior stakeholders on global profitability, business performance, and capital management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CA/CPA/CFA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong commercial acumen, numerical skills, and analytical expertise
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
