About the Role:

The Intermodal Commercial Solutions Manager is a key position within Maersk Logistics & Services Australia Pty Ltd, responsible for driving and supporting Oceania product growth initiatives, sales programs, and vertical strategies to strengthen the Logistics and Services pipeline and deliver ROFO to the local PnL.

This role focuses on customer portfolio management, cross-product vertical, and network selling development for the Landside Transport product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to identify and unleash growth potential for the landside transport product portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Identify and explore improvement opportunities to increase win and conversion rates for the landside transport product.
  • Implement processes and best practices that enable the identification and exploration of growth opportunities.
  • Liaise with Account Owners to drive target vertical/geographical growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in FCL Container Transport/Empty Container Depot management is critical.
  • 5+ years of Intermodal Experience with strong commercial mindset and Oceania market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Forward thinking and creative with high ethical standards.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
