We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Red Earth Recruitment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, leveraging national client accounts and established PSAs to place top talent in key roles.

Key Responsibilities- Manage your own desk, leveraging national client accounts and established PSAs to place top talent in key roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source and attract top talent for key roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for clients and candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in any professional services sector with a strong track record of billing A$360k+ annually.
- Strong 360 recruitment skills, with a proven track record in business development and candidate management.
- A driven, ambitious mindset, focused on achieving results.
