Senior Recruitment Consultant

PRA Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts in the Brisbane market, managing key accounts, and building your own client base.
You will work closely with our management team and peers to develop the business, identifying and winning new business opportunities, and mentoring less experienced staff. You will also be responsible for guiding clients and applicants through the recruitment process to a successful conclusion.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with stakeholders within the recruitment or sales industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to utilise our leading-edge automation tools for content and individual marketing opportunities.
