This role is for someone with a strong background in administration and customer service who is looking to make a positive impact.

  • We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team as a Provider Engagement Officer.
  • In this role, you will work closely with providers to support their engagement and ensure they have the best possible experience.
  • You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders, including State and Local Governments, providers, carers, people with disability and mainstream organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key contact point for providers to address any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Support the development and promotion of resources that enable sector development and improve our understanding of the provider environment and experience.
  • Provide input into ministerial and parliamentary correspondence, reports and briefs.
  • Undertake project management and delivery of provider engagement approaches.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong customer service and administration skills.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Australian Citizenship is required.
