Early Childhood Training Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Trainer & Assessor to support our existing team in delivering training programs in Early Childhood Education and Care.

The successful candidate will have experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector, with demonstrated ability to administer efficient and innovative training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and assessing accredited training in CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, units of competency and skill sets from within the ECEC Training Package.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing support and guidance to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.
  • Conducting Workplace Visits and Assessments of students within various workplace settings.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing initiatives to improve training program service offerings for both accredited and non-accredited courses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (required).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing as and when required.
  • Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
