Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging early learning programs that align with current best practices.
- Maintaining open and transparent communication with parents and carers about their child's progress and development.
- Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
- Prior experience in long day-care settings
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
