As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Australia's children. You will work closely with fellow educators and centre managers to develop and implement these programs, while documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a completed Diploma in early childhood education, prior experience in long day-care, and sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF. You will also require a current Working with Children's Check - QLD Blue Card.

About Our Learning Programs

Our play-based learning programs are designed to foster curiosity and creativity in children aged six weeks to six years. We pride ourselves on being a multicultural community, speaking 14 languages, reflecting the rich cultural diversity of Logan City. Our halal-friendly centre offers fresh, nutritious meals daily, prepared by our on-site chef who is also a Buderim Ginger Ambassador.

Some of the key features of our centre include a separate Nursery playground, a two-year Kindergarten program with a qualified teacher, and expansive outdoor play areas with a sandpit, bike track, and veggie garden. We believe in providing a safe and supportive environment that allows children to explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Key Requirements
  • A completed Diploma in early childhood education
  • Prior experience in long day-care
