About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Services Manager to support our clients and team members. As a key member of the Finance Hub team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships and collaborating closely with the KPMG tax and compliance team;
  • Leading the Finance Hub team to deliver high-quality services, including training, reviewing and delegating work;
  • Mentoring less experienced team members and encouraging their professional development;
  • Preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Assisting clients with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management;
  • Managing the general ledger and overseeing reconciliations, accruals and journal entries;
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws;

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in management accounting and general awareness of financial accounting requirements;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with technologies such as Xero, MYOB, Fathom, Castaway, Spotlight, Approvalmax, Ezzybills, HubDoc (desired but not essential).
