- You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative HVAC systems that meet client needs, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design teams to develop customized HVAC solutions that meet client specifications.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from design through to delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including a mix of HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
- Proven ability to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from HVAC design and construction, from proposal to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
