Responsibilities

As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered to high-quality standards and meet measurable KPIs.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality using established processes.
  • Leading effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed per the WHS management system.
  • Overseeing project cash flow and ensuring financial accuracy.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HVAC project management or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
  • Attributes: A positive attitude, the ability to meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with project management practices such as PMBOK.
  • Desirable: PMP certification and extensive experience managing HVAC projects.
