Customer Service Professional Opportunity">

The Panthers Group is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic customer service professional to join their busy gaming team. As a vibrant and hardworking individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, efficiently working on various tasks associated with the gaming department.

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing high levels of customer service to members and guests;
  • General cleaning duties as required;
  • Providing bar service to the gaming team;
  • Poker machine maintenance and drink service;
  • Working as a keno operator and cashier;
  • Cash handling duties;
  • Resolving gaming floor enquiries;

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  • RSA and RCG qualifications;
  • Must be available to work night shifts finishing at 6am;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • A history of accurate cash handling is essential;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve;
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous;
  • Previous gaming experience would be highly regarded;

You will be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and a positive and happy attitude to work. You are required to be flexible and reliable, available 24/7 to work as required including late and over nights, weekends, and public holidays.
