About the Role

We are seeking a Gaming Supervisor to join our team. This is an internal opportunity for Dealers or HDs with supervisory experience who are looking to take their career to the next level.

As a Gaming Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Assistant Gaming Managers in the execution of business objectives and contributing to the optimal performance of Gaming operations.

You will foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment that motivates and engages team members to continuously improve and deliver the best possible service to our guests.

The successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach, excellent relationship building skills, and a demonstrated guest service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Assistant Gaming Managers in the execution of business objectives
  • Contribute to the optimal performance of Gaming operations
  • Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment
  • Motivate and engage team members to continuously improve and deliver the best possible service to our guests

Requirements:

  • Current Dealer or HD with supervisory experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated guest service orientation
  • Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Application of Star Qualities in all aspects of your role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Polished grooming and personal presentation
  • Completion of GLDP 1 is desirable
