We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production process, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of milling equipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control milling equipment to produce high-quality products while minimizing downtime. You will perform regular quality checks and maintain product specifications to meet or exceed customer expectations.

A successful candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, strong mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills. You must also commit to safety and quality standards, possess good communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Performing regular quality checks and maintaining product specifications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area
