Airport Operations Role
\Our airport is seeking a proactive and dedicated team player to join our operations during an exciting period of growth.
\The Airport Operations Officer plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the airport.
\- Provide operational support across safety, security, asset maintenance & management, and legislative compliance with regulations.
- Respond to Air Traffic Control requests.
- Maintain runway and taxiway lighting in accordance with regulations.
- Inspect runways and maintain airside areas to ensure safety standards are met.
To be successful in this role you will need:
\- Certificate III in Construction, Plant Horticulture or similar or equivalent relevant experience.
- Compliance experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the operation of a range of plant and equipment.
- A current C Class manual driver's licence.
- The ability to communicate effectively and to work well as part of a team.
- The capacity and willingness to work unsupervised.
