Job Title: Facilities Operations Specialist

Job Description:

This position involves providing crucial support to the operations team by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • A strong understanding of pertinent legislation, regulations, and policies is required, along with a proven track record in implementing them.
  • Specific areas include Just Terms Compensation, Conveyancing Act, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Strata Titles Act.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating computerised information management systems / asset management tools (e.g., GIS, EAMs) and a working knowledge of the relevant operations of the Land and Property Information Office.

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant government property or water sector experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
  • Proven track record in implementing legislation.
  • Experience in operating computerised information management systems / asset management tools.
  • Working knowledge of the Land and Property Information Office.
