**Job Opportunity: People Leader**

Located on the beautiful Coffs Coastline, you will work with a values-driven organisation that inspires and nurtures individuals to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, creating long-lasting connections with the local community, and mentoring centre teams to meet national quality standards.

About the role: you will need a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, current Working with Children's Check, and experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
