Housekeeping Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To establish key performance indicators and objectives for the housekeeping team, ensuring timely delivery of rooms for guest arrival.
  • To conduct regular briefings with the team to address challenges, discuss solutions and promote a culture of excellence.
  • To work collaboratively with hotel leadership to develop and implement quality metrics and improvement strategies.
  • To administer Health and Safety protocols, rostering tasks and other related duties.
  • To deliver outstanding guest service and ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and a safe environment.
  • To effectively hand over responsibilities to team members and provide necessary resources to support their success.
