Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team.

About the Role:

This is a critical position in the success of our hotel and requires a skilled, motivated and hands on individual who can head up the team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to drive performance and productivity. They will also possess strong time management skills, be able to maintain accurate records and have experience in managing payroll.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a 4-5 star property
  • Understanding of outsourcing business principles
  • Australian working rights
  • Excellent grooming and presentation
  • Ability to work a rotating roster when required
