About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Oxford 152, a leading hospitality venue in Brisbane. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve financial and business targets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably with a background in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large and diverse team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Operational expertise to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Certifications: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications.
