Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented support officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of student field experience across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless communication between students, faculty members, and industry partners. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Horticulture, Warehousing, Small Business/Administration or related discipline
  • High-level relevant experience in a similar role in the VET sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to collaborate in a diverse environment
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
