Role Overview

The role leads the team and works alongside program, marketing, digital and technology teams to continuously improve the customer journey through ticketing, membership, customer relationship management, commercial stakeholder management, bookings and enquiries.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the relationship with and optimise the ticketing and customer relationship management platform – Tessitura.
  • Accountability for delivering framework of policies, procedures and ways of working alongside teams that deliver highest quality ticketing, booking, box office and customer communications with focus on accessibility, inclusion, cultural safety and exceptional customer service.
