Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional individual to assume the position of Creditors Clerk, ensuring seamless purchasing processes and general retail operations. As a key member of our Belrose Administration Team, you will provide outstanding customer service while liaising with customers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Purchasing process management
- General retail operations
- Customer liaison for exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organised time management skills
- Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling, and general Adhoc
- Preparation and completion of end-of-month accounts
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge in Excel and Word
- Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
