We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to all departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to all departments, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives.
- Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all expense reports and invoices.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding, file maintenance, and performance review coordination.
- Coordinate company-wide events and team building activities.
- Act as a liaison between departments and ensure effective communication within the company.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
