About the roleThe National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to contribute to the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna, and Aboriginal heritage.
As the Administrative Assistant in the Fire and Incident Operations Branch, you will provide office-based administrative support, including financial transactions such as creating purchase orders and processing invoices, assisting with data analysis and reporting, managing a shared mailbox, and performing general administrative tasks. You will also help meet the Agency's corporate objectives, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
About YouYou should have experience managing competing demands, maintaining high attention to detail, and providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Essential requirements- Experience in administration, including proficiency with computer systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, and records management systems.
- Knowledge of financial and human resource management procedures, policies, and practices.
