Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide coaching, advice, and support to leaders regarding people management across the employee lifecycle.



  • Understand short/medium/long-term business requirements and determine appropriate HR solutions.
  • Lead and govern key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practice HR strategies, policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Manage transactional and operational activities for allocated business groups.
  • Participate in global and local HR projects and initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives for Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity in Australia.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:



  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • Senior level HR generalist experience, preferably from a resources background.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices and legislation.
  • Ability to coach and influence stakeholders, delivering results.
  • A passion for developing inclusion and diversity programs.
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Industrial and employee relations experience.

  • A competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
