Key Responsibilities
  • Offer tactical and operational guidance on employment terms and conditions.
  • Manage human resource cases including misconduct, grievances, appeals and injury management programs.
  • Interpret and monitor HR data to assist managers in making informed workforce decisions.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, develop job descriptions and provide effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning processes, committees and networks.
