Job Description:
A Planning and Reporting Analyst will be involved in the preparation and delivery of several key outputs for the Finance Division. The role will be responsible for preparing reports providing accurate and insightful analysis of operational and financial performance for management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports containing financial and operational information for management and stakeholders
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for functions within the organization and communicate budget advice to staff
• Analyze forecasts to provide commentary on changes and review the reasonableness and accuracy of movements
• Migrate actual, budget, and forecast data between reporting systems used by the organization and reconcile data to ensure integrity of information held by systems
• Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice and drive strategic financial analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess highly developed communications skills as well as outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and tasks effectively.

Benefits:
This is a 3-year fixed term position paying a salary between $113,022 - $136,747 + superannuation. The team works in a hybrid capacity, so you will work a mix of office and home. The anchor day is Tuesday, plus another day of your choosing, typically Wednesday or Thursday. The office is based in the Melbourne CBD, and the environment is lively, collaborative, and exciting.
