Product Marketing Lead

Drive growth and innovation in our broker business by developing and executing a product-led strategy that leverages our AI technology to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our Senior Growth Product Manager to design and enhance tools that support brokers in growing their customer base and develop innovative campaigns to maximize adoption.
  • Lead the development of an integrated broker customer generation strategy that considers brand activation, local events, and social media to scale referrals.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Customer Growth to bring brand campaigns to life in local formats and drive creative and innovative marketing campaigns that propel growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and scale our operational team overseeing broker requests, driving high service quality and measuring contribution to our Small Group business.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in marketing with a proven track record of supporting sales teams, brokers, or franchisees in achieving customer growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and product-led growth.
  • Strong understanding of local area marketing tactics, including event management, digital marketing, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
