Job Title: System Architect Leader

Overview:

The System Architect Leader will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team of system architects and engineers in designing and implementing advanced aerospace systems.
  • Develop and implement system architecture frameworks to guide the development of complex aerospace systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Design and develop system-level models and simulations to support system testing and validation.
  • Plan and conduct system integration and verification activities, including environmental testing.
  • Serve as a technical expert and subject matter expert for system architecture and design.

Requirements:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals who possess a strong understanding of aerospace systems engineering principles and practices. Desired qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in system engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and developing complex aerospace systems.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture frameworks, modeling, and simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
