About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional to manage all Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) requirements for our project. The successful candidate will work on a 5/2/4/3 roster with Paid Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) from Rockhampton or Townsville.

  • Effectively manage site IR/ER matters including employee performance management issues, grievances, and disciplinary requirements in conjunction with Site Operations Manager and Head Office HR Team.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with the development and implementation of agreed solutions ensuring relevant stakeholders are consulted.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all parts of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing IR/ER matters, including employee performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  2. Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  3. Developing and implementing solutions to improve workplace relations.
