Job Title: People and Culture Coordinator

">About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster employee engagement and wellbeing through the design and delivery of initiatives that promote a sense of belonging and inclusion.
  2. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences for employees, ensuring a seamless transition and celebration of milestones.
  3. Partner with Director People and Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Guide line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (not mandatory but preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment.
  • A strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A high attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
