Are you a skilled support specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and its applications? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Support Analyst/Functional Consultant.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our organisational systems, including Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O), MS Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Field Services), HR (Dayforce), Rostering, Operational and Clinical systems.
  • You will also configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using configurations, workflows, and basic customisation tools to meet evolving business needs.
  • Additionally, you will provide technical support and expertise for issue resolution, including complex and escalated problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant Information Technology discipline
  • 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining organisational systems
  • Strong understanding of systems integration principles across business applications, including MS Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Field Services)
  • Experience building solutions using MS D365 best practices and deploying D365 solutions to higher environments
  • Experience configuring and customising MS D365 F&O, CE & Field Services and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework
