About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Brand Advisory Director. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering residential brand advisory services to our development partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development partners to deliver residential brand advisory services, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and strategies.
- Develop and implement residential marketing strategies, working closely with our brand organizations and functional teams.
- Provide brand advisory services to development partners, advising on brand, sales, and marketing standards.
- Review and approve sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with market studies and brand strategies.
- Ensure development partners comply with all conditions to commence marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hotel, Finance, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in residential real estate, with a background in branded residential development and hospitality.
- Sophisticated marketing and brand management capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of luxury consumers.
- Entrepreneurial drive and energy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
