About the Project Expeditor Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to facilitate the timely flow of materials or products between suppliers and clients. As a Project Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating communication with suppliers to commence expediting processes for client purchase orders.
  • Monitoring the readiness of orders in compliance with company and project guidelines.
  • Keeping accurate records of expediting activities and ensuring that required documentation is issued by vendors.
  • Resolving delays to meet critical project deadlines.
  • Managing and resolving outstanding shipment discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Preparing regular reports on expediting and shipment activities using company software.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in international logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a Project Expeditor is essential.
  • CW1 experience is also desirable.
  • SAP experience would be beneficial.
  • The ability to speak and write fluently in English (CEFR Level 5).
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Data compilation and processing skills through Excel.
  • Honesty, integrity, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • The ability to prioritize and organize high-volume tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
