Job Title: International Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team in the role of International Logistics Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers in an effective and timely manner whilst directing, compiling and completing necessary documentation within the operations team.

This position is required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together with export teams to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
  • Carry out export workflow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs and specified requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas
  • Read, interpret and carry out instructions recorded on documents or within systems
  • Problem solve issues relating to information recorded on documents, calculations of costings and load size
  • Plan and prioritize import shipments from the import workbench in order to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines
  • Problem solve operations issues with a range of stakeholders including but not limited to airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers

About You:

You should have experience in logistics (air and/or sea) or relevant certificate qualifications.

Good communication, customer service and numeracy skills are required.

You must be able to plan and coordinate to deliver desired outcomes within given timeframes.

Experience using CargowiseOne is preferred.
