Space Project Leadership Role

This is a high-level leadership role within a property and facilities team. The job holder will lead a customer-service focused team responsible for providing space and accommodation services and coordinating minor works projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the team to achieve high-quality customer service outcomes and results.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the service provided meets their needs.
- Work effectively across the organisation to develop, implement, and continually improve procedures and guidelines that comply with policy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in day-to-day leadership of operational administration, projects, or facilities management. They will be an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build productive and collaborative relationships and identify needs and priorities of stakeholders.
Key Requirements:- A high level of organisational skills, including ability to operate within a flexible work environment and work independently and proactively within broad guidelines.
- A significant ability in the development and implementation of strategies that promote organisational priorities.
- A tertiary qualification with significant subsequent relevant experience in administrative management, project management, facility management, and/or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.
